TERMS OF SERVICE

General Overview

• Be very specific and detailed with instructions of your commission best you can. Please provide references such as full body character artwork, photos, poses, and screenshots. Creations from video game character generators (ex. Baldur's Gate 3, Elder Scrolls, Soulsbornes, Dragon's Dogma 2), picrews, Heroforge, etc. are okay as well. Character has to be either of your creation, a character from a commercial work, or a gift of someone else's character for that person. If the latter, provide their social media tag so I'll include it if I post the commission on my pages.• USING GENERATIVE AI MODELS TO CREATE REFERENCES FOR THE PROJECT WILL IMMEDIATELY RESULT IN YOUR REQUEST TO BE REJECTED AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED•Vague or incomplete information will result in an extra fee.•The more references provided, the better!!•Commissions are usually worked on at my own pace, but I am open to working with deadlines. However, depending on the complexity on the piece, an extra fee might be incurred. Keep in mind that some items can't be rushed.•By commissioning me, you agree that you are 18+ years of age, especially for commissions with mature themes and/or mature designs. If you are found out to be underaged, your commission will be immediately canceled with a full refund and you will be put on a blacklist until you have reached the appropriate age.• Completed works will be delivered to the client via email. Files will be around 4k resolution and 300 DPI (4096 px height/width) .jpg format and suitable for printing. Included with the finished work will be WIP stages and modified versions for wallpapers.•I have the right to refuse any commission request/idea that makes me uncomfortable.•Commissions usually take me 1-2 weeks, though depending on complexity, personal drive, or IRL obligations, I might get it done faster or longer than that. I don't mind getting asked for updates every now and then, but patience is much appreciated!

Copyright/Usage

• Copyright © of commissioned images belong to myself and to its respective owners (if this is a fanart commission or OC of your creation), credit to them as well. Credit of your OC will remain yours always.•The client is under no circumstance authorized to utilize any aspect of their commissioned work for NFTs, blockchains, Generative AI training models and the like. Use of this artwork for advertising and/or profits in association with said models is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.•I have the right to post all finished commissions on my personal websites and social media sites. If the client wishes to not have their commission displayed, they must let me know, and might need to pay an extra fee depending on budget. Time-sensitive works may be delayed from public display upon request.•The client is not allowed to modify aspects of the artwork itself without permission. However, the client IS allowed to crop and resize the artwork for the purpose of creating icons and wallpapers as well as other graphical utilities for the sake of personal non-commercial use via any digital formats. (Ask if unsure.)•The client must credit me if they are to post their commission and the watermark/signature must remain on the artwork and not removed.•Finished commissions are for personal use only. Requests for commissions to be used for commercial works must be made upfront (if this is what you're looking for, contact me at [email protected]).•For NDAs, contact me at that email above.

Edits/Variants

•Edits will only be made during the sketching phase. Multiple free edits will be allowed during this stage. Requests for major changes to commission orders after the linework phase begins will require an extra fee.•Variants are allowed, but depending on complexity, they might incur an extra fee. (Ask if unsure.)

Payment/Cancellations/Refunds

•Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payments not made within 24 hours of being sent an invoice will render the commission slot voided.•At least 50% of the budget must be paid upfront upon being accepted for me to work on.•Upon completion, a watermarked low-quality version will be sent to you and the full size version will be delivered once the rest of the payment is recieved.•Cancellations are acceptable before payment is sent and/or I haven't contacted you after 7 days of sending your request. You can also ask to postpone the commission within this time window and/or before payment.•No refunds after payment is sent with RARE exception.•Tips are appreciated!
